gdb: Implemented watchpoint handling

Per data access, we never signal more than one watchpoint. Possible
scenarios are several watchpoints at the same address (for example
WATCH_ACCESS and WATCH_WRITE) or overlapping watchpoint ranges. This is
not completely correct.
